Great infrastructure deserves a great digital front door. That’s the idea behind Krypton, a unified B2B portal built by Constl on Liferay DXP, designed to give customers and internal teams real-time visibility into services, performance, routes, SLAs, tickets, and billing, all in one place.
Constl is a Digital Infrastructure-as-a-Service (DIaaS) provider running a high-capacity, ultra-low-latency fiber network across India, serving hyperscalers, telecom operators, data centers, and large enterprises. As Constl’s implementation partner, Aixtor Technologies helped turn this vision into a platform built to scale.
Constl’s ambitions were clear from the start: deliver a connectivity experience that matched the quality of the network itself. That meant thinking beyond infrastructure and into the digital layer customers and teams interact with every day.
The goals were ambitious and exciting:
This was a chance to build something genuinely new for Constl, a platform that could grow with the business and set up a high bar for the industry.
Liferay DXP was the natural foundation for Krypton, thanks to its strength in unifying systems into one coherent experience while working seamlessly with what’s already in place.
Krypton was designed to:
We partnered with Constl on a phased, agile rollout, designed to move quickly while keeping the platform secure and built to scale.
1. Discovery and architecture design
We started by mapping out key user groups, customer journeys, and the multi-tenant structure that would underpin the platform.
2. Core portal capabilities
From there, we built the foundational layer including user management, access control, and a modern API framework, to ensure a consistent experience for customers and internal teams alike.
3. System integration
Next, we connected Krypton to Constl’s core operational and business systems: service inventory, network performance, route information, order management, support ticketing, and billing. This gave every user access to the same real-time information.
4. Custom dashboards and workflows
Finally, we built tailored data models, dashboards, and workflows for each user group, customers, network operations teams, customer success managers, and field teams, so everyone could work in a view designed specifically for them.
After thorough performance testing and security checks, the platform was rolled out in stages, with onboarding supported by both Constl’s and Aixtor’s teams.

With Krypton live, the results came quickly and clearly:
Customers now enjoy greater independence, tracking services, performance, and support requests on their own terms, while Constl’s internal teams benefit from faster resolutions and smoother day-to-day operations. The platform’s scalable design also means Constl can continue expanding its customer base, regions, and services while keeping operational costs efficient.
As Aman Sharma, CIO/CDO at Constl, shared: working with Liferay helped accelerate Krypton’s development, launch customer journeys ahead of schedule, and build a strong foundation for AI-led network operations.
Krypton is just the beginning of Constl’s digital journey. Looking ahead, the focus will shift toward deeper AI-driven insights and predictive analytics, helping customers and internal teams anticipate needs, optimize performance, and manage service levels even more proactively.
Constl also plans to expand marketplace and partner ecosystem capabilities, increase automation across service provisioning and assurance, and continue enhancing personalization and self-service for enterprise customers. With Liferay’s composable, headless-ready architecture, Constl has the flexibility to keep evolving Krypton for years to come.
For Aixtor, this project reflects exactly the kind of partnership we love, helping ambitious infrastructure providers build digital experiences as strong as the networks they run.
